How do I pay?
You can pay using Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay or zipPay.
How long does it take for delivery?
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day. Please see https://www.letitbebeauty.com.au/pages/shipping-info for information regarding delivery time to your location.
How much is delivery? Can I track my parcel?
All Australian orders are eligible for free shipping.
Note that free shipping does not always come with tracking. If you choose the free shipping option, Let it Be Beauty is not liable for any missing or damaged parcels. If concerned, there are tracked options (Regular or Express) available in checkout at an additional cost. Is international shipping available?
Yes, however there will be a postage charge based on location.

Is there a returns policy?
Yes. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to health regulations, used or open items are not able to be refunded or exchanged. The returned item must also be in the original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are wanting to return an unused item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Let it Be Beauty recommends tracking postage when returning an item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
